Australia – Director ID Requirement Beginning November 2021
Directors of Australian companies and foreign companies registered in Australia will need to apply online themselves and verify their identity to obtain a Director ID starting in November 2021 and no later than November 30, 2022. Individuals who become a director between November 1, 2021 and April 4, 2022 must apply within 28 days of their appointment.
