Wyoming – Digital Asset Registration Act Effective December 1
Senate Bill 76 (Chapter 174) signed by the governor March 9 and effective December 1 enacted the Digital Asset Registration Act which permits registration of a digital asset with the Secretary of State for 5 years and extends the jurisdiction of Wyoming chancery court to include disputes concerning registered digital assets.
