Delaware – Update Preclearance 24 Hour Service Available Until December 20, 2022
The Department of State Division of Corporations extended the deadline to Tuesday, December 20, from Friday, December 16, to accept orders for 24 hour service for preclearance of documents including mergers, conversions, restated, designations, domestications and divisions.
