Luxembourg – National Identification Number Requirement
The Luxembourg Business Register issued a public notice that effective from the end of March 2022 any private individual registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCSL) as a partner, director, manager, authorized representative, or auditor must provide a Luxembourg national identification number. The Business Register will issue a new number upon acceptance of the application for registration with RCSL with supporting documents for nationality, gender and private residence. This information will not be available to the public. A link to the application for a Luxembourg national identification number can be accessed at Registration Service (services-publics.lu).
