North Carolina – Assumed Business Names Filed Prior to December 1, 2017 Expire December 1, 2022
The five year transition period for North Carolina assumed business name filings will expire on December 1, 2022. All assumed business names filed before December 1, 2017 will expire on December 1, 2022 and must be renewed to stay active and show in the North Carolina’s searchable assumed name database. St. Kitts-Nevis – Simplified Tax Return Reporting Due April 15, 2022
The Inland Revenue Department in St. Kitts-Nevis advised that the deadline for Nevis entities to complete the 2021 calendar year Simplified Tax Return reporting will be 15th April 2022.
