United Kingdom – Update to Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act
Companies House posted an update on new and enhanced powers to improve the quality and reliability of its data and to tackle misuse of the companies register under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act that came into force Monday March 4.
