Rhode Island – Secretary of State Issues Reminder All Annual Reports Due by May 1
The Secretary of State Department of Business Services posted a reminder to all corporations, LLCs, partnerships and non profits registered in Rhode Island prior to January 1, 2024 to file an annual report prior to May 1, 2024 to avoid a late filing penalty. More information is available here.
