Wisconsin – Foreign Annual Reports Due by March 31
2021 Wisconsin Act 258 (Senate Bill 566) effective April 17, 2022 allowed for domestic and foreign limited partnerships to file annual reports beginning in 2023. Foreign Limited Partnership annual reports are due by March 31, 2023. Domestic Limited Partnership annual reports are due by the end of the quarter in which the anniversary date occurs. Preprinted annual report forms have been sent to the registered agent on record. Currently, only paper filing is allowed. Duplicate annual report forms can be obtained directly from the state.
