Maryland – 2021 Annual Business Filings Due April 15, Extension System Available
The State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) posted a reminder that Thursday, April 15 is the filing deadline for 2021 annual reports and/or personal property tax returns and that 2-month extensions until Tuesday, June 15 can be requested through SDAT’s online extension system at SDAT: Extension Request Application (maryland.gov) Failure to timely file the reports will change the entity’s status to “not in good standing”.
