Colorado – Legislation Passed that Imposes Restrictions on Deceptive Solicitation Mailings
The Secretary of State posted a news release regarding Senate Bill 23 (Chapter 25) signed into law April 11 by the governor to impose restrictions on deceptive solicitations mailed by third parties to business entities registered in Colorado.
