Tennessee – LLC Act Amended to Permit Conversion to a Decentralized Organization and Notary Requirement Changes
House Bill 2645 (Chapter 852) signed by the governor and effective April 20 amends the LLC Act to permit LLC conversions to a decentralized organization with a notice of restrictions on duties and transfers in the articles of organization and include entity endings DO, DAO, DO LLC or DAO LLC.
