Colorado – Legislation Amends Domestic Entity Reinstatement
House Bill 1250 signed by the governor April 7 and effective August 9 amended business entity statutes to repeal a provision exempting certain domestic entities from reinstatement of an entity after an administrative dissolution and to clarify notice requirements under ratification of defective corporate actions.
