Rhode Island – Act Amends Uniform Partnership and Uniform Limited Partnership Act
House Bill 6371 (Public Law 2023-395) became law without the governor’s signature and effective June 27 amended the Uniform Partnership Act and Uniform Limited Partnership Act with respect to annual reports, revocation, reinstatement, service of process, and alternate names and also amended sections of Title 27 Insurance of the General Laws.
