Malta – Email Address Required for all Registered Companies by September 30
Malta’s business registry is requiring all companies registered in Malta to provide an electronic mail (e-mail) address by 30 September 2022. The e-mail address must ensure access to company officers. This is a new legal requirement originating from Act LX of 2021 in an attempt to reduce paper-format correspondence as part of the European Green Deal.
