Michigan – Legislation Amends LLC Act
Senate Bill 926 (Public Act 137) signed by the governor and effective July 11 amends the LLC Act to add nonprofit corporations to the definition of “person” which already includes individual, partnership, LLC, trust, custodian, estate, association, corporation, governmental entity or any other legal entity.
