Delaware – Municipality Fee for Corporations and LLCs Increased to $40.00
Senate Bill 110 (Chapter 109) signed by the governor July 21 and effective August 1 increases the courthouse municipality fee for LLC and corporation filings from $20.00 to $40.00. The fee is distributed to the municipality in the county in which a business entity’s registered office is located and is intended to offset costs of maintaining offices of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
