South Dakota – Annual Report Filings to Require a Statement of Agricultural Land/Beneficial Ownership
House Bill 1189 (Chapter 169) signed by the governor March 8 and effective July 1 requires entities owning agricultural land to report foreign beneficial ownership interests. The bill text can be accessed here.
