United Kingdom – Companies House Registered Office Address Rules
Companies House posted rules for registered office addresses required under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act to ensure that a document addressed to the company delivered by hand or by post would come to the attention of a person acting on behalf of the company and the delivery of documents can be recorded with an acknowledgment.
