Vermont – Secretary of State System Outage Tuesday, December 10 until Monday, December 16
The Secretary of State of Vermont, Business Services Division is upgrading their Business Filing System. To accommodate the upgrade, the state will be unable to file or retrieve any documents during the system outage which will start after close of business on Tuesday, December 10 until Monday, December 16. Due to the launch of the new system all UCC, corporate and document retrieval orders will be affected.
