Ohio – Secretary of State Office Closed for Move November 16 reopening November 21
The Secretary of State posted on its website at https://www.ohiosos.gov/businesses/ that its office at 22 North Fourth Street will close Thursday, November 16, and its new office at 180 Civic Center Drive will open on Tuesday, November 21. All business transactions including business entity filings can be completed through the website.
