Delaware – Legislation Amends General Corporation Law
Senate Bill 313 (Chapter 309) signed by the governor July 17 and effective August 1 amends the General Corporation Law to bring existing law in line with market practice relating to certain stockholder agreements after two recent Chancery Court cases (Moelis and Activision).
