Alabama – Domestic and Foreign Corporation Annual Report Requirement Repealed Effective October 1
House Bill 230 (Act 2024-213) signed by the governor May 6 and effective October 1 repeals the requirement for domestic and foreign corporations to file an annual report with the Secretary of State between January 1 and March 15 and pay a $10.00 processing fee. The bill text can be accessed here.
