Senate Bill 235 (Act 193) became law without the governor’s signature April 11 and effective June 29 amends business entity statutes regarding derivative proceedings and charging orders against entities and provides that certain actions against an entity or foreign entity that maintains a registered office may be brought in the county where the registered office is situated.
