Oklahoma – Corporate Legislation Effective November 1
Senate Bill 228 (Chapter 51) signed by the governor April 19 and effective November 1 amends the General Corporation Act and LLC Act to authorize electronic transmission of notices, clarify procedures for consent effective on a future date, establish procedures for document form, signature and delivery, and authorize certain electronic transactions.
Senate Bill 961 (Chapter 144) signed by the governor April 21 and effective November 1 relates to charitable registration requirements.
