House Bill 394 (Act 398) signed by the governor July 1 and effective October 5 amends existing law regarding business entity name reservation to provide for a nonrenewable reservation period of 120 days and requires a person seeking to register an expired mark or trade name to give 60 days notice to the last known address of the person who registered the expired mark or trade n10ame.
