House Bill 621 (Act 560) signed by the governor and effective May 28 updates corporate filing regulations to, among other things, specify that an applicant shall use a name distinguishable upon the records of the Secretary of State unless meeting the exceptions in present laws and increase partnership annual report filing fees from $25.00 to $30.00.
