Maine updated their search logic for UCC searching on October 21, 2013. Their new system no longer ignores corporate endings and therefore offline searches will now only return the exact debtor name ordered including corporate endings. Punctuation will not make a difference in results because it will be ignored. If you have any questions concerning this change please contact your service representative.
