Maryland – HB 51, Effective July 1, Extends the Surcharge on Recordable Instruments

House Bill 51 (Chapter 487) became law May 29 without the governor’s signature and effective July 1 extends until July 1, 2020 the surcharge of $40.00 on recordable instruments.
