Merced County, CA is now accepting documents electronically from CSC via the CERTNA portal.
Please note that CERTNA only accepts documents from title insurers, underwritten title companies, or institutional lenders at this time. If you qualify to submit into Merced via the CERTNA portal, please complete and execute the MOU as SENDER and mail the originals to CSC where we will complete and sign the MOU as AGENT. We will then mail the originals to Merced and notify you when you have been authorized to submit.
If you have not completed a separate CERTNA Declaration Form yet, please download it, complete it, and include with the MOU. Note that the MOU also has a declaration included, this is required in addition to the Declaration we send to CERNTA authority.
