The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) Corporations Securities & Commercial Licensing Bureau (CSCL) announced Thursday that the filing deadline for 2018 Annual Statements for LLCs and professional LLCs was extended from February 15 to March 1 due to increased demand for pre-assigned Customer ID Number (CID) and PIN information. Penalties of $50.00 for late filing of professional LLC Annual Statements will not be assessed until March 1.
