The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) Corporation, Securities & Commercial Licensing Bureau (CSCL) extended until June 30 the filing deadline for 2014 annual reports for profit corporations and professional service corporations. Reports were mailed to resident agents of record with the CSCL Corporations Division. Profit corporations are required to file the annual report by May 15 of each year; however, due to a delay in mailing, an automatic 45-day extension will be granted. Annual reports can be filed online at the Department FILEOnline, and additional information on the requirement is available at the Department website. CSC can help.
