The report can be filed online with a credit card at www.michigan.gov/fileonline or mailed with the $20.00 fee payable to the State of Michigan to PO Box 30767, Lansing MI 48909. Annual reports may be delivered in person to the Corporations, Securities & Commercial Licensing Bureau at 2501 Woodlake Circle, Okemos, MI.
