Senate Bill 438 (Public Act No. 68), Senate Bill 439 (Public Act No. 69), and Senate Bill 440 (Public Act No. 70) signed by the governor and effective September 30 extended the sunset provisions to September 30, 2023 for annual report filing fees which are currently $25.00 for business corporations and LLCs and $20.00 for nonprofit corporations.
