The Secretary of State’s office will close its office at 700 North Street in Jackson which houses the Business Services Division on Thursday April 24 at 5:00 pm and will reopen Tuesday April 29 at Capital Towers, 125 South Congress Street. The Secretary of State’s Office will not be able to accept expedited corporate or LLC filings after 12:00 pm on Thursday, April 24 and on Friday, April 25.
