Nebraska – Bill Allows for Domestic Partnerships to Convert to LLC’s

Legislative Bill 1050 signed by the governor April 7 and effective 3 months after adjournment (projected as April 20) permits domestic partnerships and limited liability partnerships to convert to domestic or foreign LLCs.
