Legislative Bill 749 signed by the governor April 11 and effective July 16 eliminates a requirement for nonprofit corporations pay an additional per page filing fee of $5.00 when filing their biennial report and clarifies that fraternal societies pay the same filing fees as nonprofit corporations.
