The Secretary of State posted a notice that all services related to business entity and UCC filings will not be available Thursday September 20 from 3:30 pm until 8:00 am Tuesday September 25 as the filing office migrates to a new filing system. The state recommends that any time sensitive documents should be submitted for filing before the downtime starts September 20.
