Nevada – Business Entities Can Apply for a 30 Day Extension to file the Commerce Tax Return if Needed

The Department of Revenue confirmed that business entities can apply for a 30 day extension to file the Commerce Tax Return if needed.  The Commerce Tax Return is due August 15 or 45 days following the end of the fiscal year June 30.
