Senate Bill 39 (Chapter 263) signed May 27 and effective October 1 modifies various provisions relating to the state business license; authorizes certain business entities to dissolve or withdraw without paying certain fees or penalties under certain circumstances; revises provisions relating to conversions to domestic entities; and revises provisions relating to service of process on an entity within 3 years of the entity’s default or revoked status (Section 63).
