New Hampshire – Annual Reports Due between January 1 and April 1 plus New Name Availability Guidelines

The Secretary of State posted a reminder for business filings effective January 1:     

  • Annual Report forms are due as of January 1 and not later than April 1
  • Entities will receive a courtesy reminder via email and regular mail to complete filings as well as a Business Activity Notification
  • Name availability guidelines are attached
