The Secretary of State posted a reminder for business filings effective January 1:
- Annual Report forms are due as of January 1 and not later than April 1
- Entities will receive a courtesy reminder via email and regular mail to complete filings as well as a Business Activity Notification
- Name availability guidelines are attached
