Senate Bill 225 (Chapter 2017-257) signed by the governor and effective July 18 amends the trust code regarding family trust companies and effective October 1 enacts the New Hampshire Foundation Act to authorize formation and qualification of foundations also known as stichtings in filings at the Secretary of State.
