Senate Bill 413 (Chapter 2018-221) signed by the governor June 8 effective August 7 allows LLCs to apply to the Secretary of State for late reinstatement 3 years after administrative dissolution and effective January 1, 2019 provides standards to determine if entity names are distinguishable upon the record.
