House Bill 1283 (Chapter No. 2014-179) signed by the governor July 11 and effective September 9 permits a business entity whose charter was revoked to apply for revival of its certificate of incorporation and authorizes the Secretary State to conduct a hearing to determine the completeness and accuracy of the application for revival.
