New Hampshire – SB 41, effective January 1, revises the business corporation act

Senate Bill 41 (Chapter 2013-042) signed by the governor June 27 and effective January 1, 2014 repealed and reenacted the Business Corporations Act RSA 293-A. The bill text can be accessed at http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/legislation/2013/SB0041.html.
