New Jersey – AB 1784, Effective February 5, Pertains to The Residential Mortgage Lending Act

Assembly Bill 1784 (Chapter No. 2015-14) signed by the governor and effective February 5 exempts certain individuals from the licensing requirements of the New Jersey Residential Mortgage Lending Act.
