Assembly Bill 4699 (Chapter No. 2019-488) signed by the governor and effective January 21 regulates annual report filing services to require a written solicitation to prominently display the URL address of the Department of the Treasury’s Internet web site for online filings, the annual report filing fee, and any other language required by regulations to be issued by the filing office.
