Assembly Bill 4023 (Chapter 2013-273) signed by the governor and effective January 17, 2014 (retroactive to September 19, 2012) made technical amendments to the Revised Uniform LLC Act relating to operating agreements, dissolution and rights of a judgment creditor of a member regarding a transferable interest.
