New York – Bill Provides for a 15 Month Grace Period for Licensing an Entity Formation for Geologists

Assembly Bill 10251 (Chapter 260) signed by the governor and effective August 19 provides for a 15 month grace period for geologists to be licensed by the State Education Department and to form professional service corporations, design professional service corporations and professional service LLCs.
