The New York Department of State, Division of Corporations, State Records, and Uniform Commercial Code posted a notice regarding UCC System maintenance. The maintenance window begins at 3:30 PM EST on Wednesday, December 31 and is scheduled to end at 12:00 PM EST on Friday, January 2. The outage will affect both UCC paper filings as well as UCC efilings. Same day UCC requests will not be available after 2:00 PM EST on December 31. The changes will not affect corporate entity transactions processed on the eCorp system.
